This episode features a chat with Sophie Trew, founder of the Trew Fields Festival. Diagnosed with blood cancer at the age of 23, she wanted to ask not "Why me?" but "Why us?" and created a new integrative recovery plan tied in with 6 months of chemotherapy. With the help of her friend Will, who offered his family farm as space, the first edition of the Trew Fields festival was held. It was "like walking into a giant hug" and included workshops, holistic treatments, music, comedy and a range of vibrant and engaging speakers, each with their own stories to tell. The next edition will be held this July, tune in to find out what you can expect!
