Hi,

My brother bought me a ticket for the festival - through PayPal.

We've emailed through the site and also to the tickets@primaverasound.com address to change the ticket to my name, but we've received no reply yet and I'm flying out in 2 days ????

The site says just email the details, name and passport number, which we've done a few times and no reply....confirmation ????

Can somebody please advise ? Dont wanna be standing outside the venue with no ticket ????
