Hey there,

I purchased a ticket via the webpage/paypal 4 days ago and I haven't received anything except confirmation that the money was sent.

Will I receive anything else prior to the festival or do I just bring the paypal page to get my wristband / ticket when I arrive?

maybe there is somebody who can help me.
Also bought my ticket via paypal almost half a year ago. Now I am desperately looking for this f.....n confirmation mail...(Thought that I saved a version on my computer)
All I have so far are details of the transaction which I can see on my paypal account.
Do you think a passport and a printed screenshot of this transaction-site will be enough to get access to the pre-festival concerts and the festival itself?

email tickets@primaverasound.com tell them your situation and give them your paypal transaction reference - you should be able to get this from logging into your paypal account and searching your purchase history.

They should be able to confirm000. that for you and reply that they have found it. Then print off their reply and take that to the festival with your print off of your paypal payment history and ID.

Now I dont work for Primaverasound but I am pretty sure this is the way to go to get everything sorted
