Aside from Jeff Mangum, who is playing in the Auditori this year? I'm sure one of the festival posters had the list on, but I can't find it now. I was wondering if Afrocubism are going to be in there or outside.

Jeff Mangum, Big Star's Third, Nick Garrie and Laura Marling on friday

Jeff Mangum, Michael Gira, Josh T. Pearson and Sandro Perri on saturday

This is my second time at PS and I still haven't managed to get into the auditorio. Can someone please tell me the best way to get in ?

hack the portal to make sure you get tickets?

seriously, they've only used the portal for the ticket draw to get into both of Sufjan Steven's shows, but even if you didn't get one you could just show up, queue and get in after all the people with tickets did.

we still don't know if they will do the same this year for Jeff Mangum, but i'm sure they will explain how it's all going to work this year in the coming days

So they're not doing the lottery for Jeff Mangum this year?

If a band or artist are so big that they need a lottery to get a ticket to see them at a theatre on the festival site then the Prima people should write into the contracts that they play one outside and one inside.

If Portishead and MBV could do it I see no reason why people should have to mess around to see Jeff Mangum. He's a big boy, he can play outside, same as the OTC.

If not, then he shouldn't be booked for a big festival where thousands of people would love to see him.

I see no point in wasting hours queueing when there are bands worth seeing happening in the main festival area.

I loved Neutral Milk Hotel, and seeing them with Sparklehorse in King Tuts in Glasgow remains just about my favourite gig ever (Josh T Pearson is also amazing live), but I'm not for wasting precious band watching time in a queue.

Surely he could have played one gig at the Auditorium for the NMH die-hards and one on the Ray-Ban stage.
