Is there a telephone number to speak to someone about portal 'recharge' transactions?

I added 50 euros to my account but it no longer appears on the transaction list or balance, I have spoken to my bank and the money has definitely been taken.

This does not fill me with confidence, wish I could just use proper money at the festival!

Does no replies mean there is no-one of an official capacity monitoring these posts that can help me or help me get in contact with the right people to sort this out?

Have you tried a PM to Primavera Sound admin (author of a couple of the stickies at the top of the page). Not sure how helpful it would be but it's something else to try.
